About the services I offer
It can be so difficult to seek help when you need it. I recognize that choosing a therapist can be a challenging and hugely personal process. But beginning therapy is a first step toward growth, self-understanding, and positive change. In my practice, I offer individual therapy for adult clients of all ages, and if you are looking to get started with therapy, I look forward to working together to identify your goals and what you are hoping to get from treatment.
Perhaps you are feeling your lowest, or are struggling to adjust to one of life’s many transitions. Maybe you are having difficulty connecting to others in your close relationships, or you are just looking to understand yourself better and grow into the best possible version of yourself. Therapy with me is collaborative, and I seek to provide a warm, genuine, and affirming space for you to share about your deepest concerns.
The fit between a client and their therapist is critical to a successful therapy. I view the relationship between the client and therapist as centrally important to the work. I appreciate you taking the time to learn more about me and my practice. I encourage you to contact me for more information, and I can answer any questions you have.
I work with adults of all ages and specialize in young adults. I am trained to work with a variety of clinical concerns, including but not limited to: depression; anxiety; family conflict and distress; relationship problems; sexuality; grief and loss; infertility, family planning, abortion, and reproductive health; body image concerns; stress; self-esteem; self-harming; and trauma. I have a particular focus on working with college students, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and people from a variety of sociocultural backgrounds.
You can call or email me to schedule a free phone consultation. I look forward to hearing from you.
